Axis Max Life Insurance appoints Sanjay Vij as an Additional Independent Director for a 5-year term, effective April 6, 2026.
He replaces Rajesh Khanna, who retires as Independent Director on April 5, 2026.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting.
