Entertainment Network (India) Limited (ENIL) has disclosed regulatory approval received from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) for the transfer of four operational FM radio stations to its wholly-owned subsidiary.

Conditions for Completion

M/s ABSL is required to submit the following documents before executing fresh Grant of Permission Agreement (GOPA) for the balance period of Phase-III permission:

1. Fresh Performance Bank Guarantees (PBGs) separately for each FM channel in compliance with clause 3.7 of GOPA Phase-III

2. Certified true copy of resolution passed in Board of Director's meeting of M/s ABSL delegating Power of Attorney for execution of GOPA

3. No dues certificate from AIR (All India Radio) in respect of ENIL

4. No dues certificate from BECIL (Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited) in respect of ENIL

5. Stamp Paper of ₹100/- (2 stamp papers for each station)

6. Legal paper set
