Microse India Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) about an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 2026, and will be held at the company's registered office at 421, Maker Chamber V, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021.
The primary agenda of the board meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The board will also review the Limited Review Report from the company's Statutory Auditors on these financial results.
Additionally, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations) and the company's internal Code of Conduct, the trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed since October 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results to the stock exchange.
