Milgrey Finance and Investments Ltd has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) about the adjournment of its Board of Directors meeting.
The company had previously intimated via letter dated 31st August 2026 that a Board meeting was scheduled for Thursday, 03rd September 2026, which was then rescheduled to Friday, 04th September 2026.
In the Board meeting held on 04th September 2026, the Chairman, with the consent of all directors present, decided to adjourn the meeting. The meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday, 08th September 2026.
