Milkfood Ltd Sells Moradabad Property for ₹130 Cr

Milkfood Limited replaced its January 16, 2026 agreement with a fresh sale agreement dated March 24, 2026 for its 20.084-acre Moradabad property.
The property is sold to M/s Bareilly Dairies Limited and four individuals for a total consideration of ₹130 Crores, expected to complete by April 15, 2026.
Net sale proceeds will be used to reduce borrowings and fund business development; the property contributed ₹74.92 Crore (16.73% of turnover) in FY2024-25.
The transaction is not a related party transaction and no promoters, directors, or KMPs have any interest in it.
