Minda Corp JV with Turntide for EV Powertrain Solutions

Minda Corporation's subsidiary formed a joint venture with UK-based Turntide Drives Limited to develop and manufacture EV powertrain components.
The JV company Spark Minda Turntide Private Limited was incorporated on April 11, 2026, with Turntide holding 51% and Minda's subsidiary 49% stake.
The partnership will focus on manufacturing motor controllers, axial flux motors, and thermal pumps for India's growing electric vehicle market.
Turntide will provide proprietary technologies while Minda contributes local manufacturing expertise and market presence in the Indian automotive sector.
