The resignation was tendered by Mr. Mann and accepted by the Company. His cessation from duties is effective from the close of business hours on August 21, 2026.
The reason for resignation cited in the formal disclosure is "personal reasons" as stated in Mr. Mann's resignation letter dated August 20, 2026.
