Mindteck Appoints Two New Independent Directors

Mindteck appointed Ms. Preeti Mohan and Mr. Madhuranath R Konety as Independent Directors effective May 13, 2026.
Both appointments are for a five-year term and are subject to shareholder approval.
Ms. Mohan brings over three decades of global technology leadership experience from firms like Accenture and Genpact.
Mr. Konety is an enterprise AI product leader and co-founder of Silicon Valley-based IceCreamLabs.
