Launch Overview
On 14 July 2026, Mis Skin – a new dermatology and aesthetics clinic group founded by Dr. Rajaram Sundaramurthy and Shelly Lather – held a grand launch ceremony at the JW Marriott on Mallya Road, Bengaluru. The event marked the operational start of five clinics located in Sadashiva Nagar, Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, HRBR Layout, HSR Layout and Jayanagar, positioning Mis Skin as one of the city’s largest single‑brand dermatology and aesthetics networks.
Key Personalities
The brand identity was unveiled by Mr. N.A. Haris, MLA (Shanti Nagar) and Chairman of the Bangalore Development Authority, in the presence of senior doctors, business leaders, cultural figures and influencers. Attendees included Mr. Zulfikar, brother of Karnataka Health Minister U.T. Khader; businessman Mr. Shaji Thomas; Kannada film actors Chandu Gowda, Dileep Shetty and Preeti; the founders’ daughters Riya and Sherryll Lather; socialites Babita Sharma and Ram Chugh; as well as numerous senior doctors and entrepreneurs.
Proprietary Diagnostic Methodology
Central to the launch was the introduction of “The Root Protocol,” Mis Skin’s proprietary seven‑step diagnostic methodology designed to uncover the underlying causes of skin concerns before any treatment is prescribed. Dr. Rajaram Sundaramurthy explained, “Every skin concern has an origin. We built The Root Protocol so that no patient begins a treatment plan without first understanding what’s actually happening beneath the surface.” Shelly Lather added that the protocol reverses the usual order of treatment by prioritising assessment.
Clinical Infrastructure and Technology
Mis Skin showcased a suite of US FDA‑approved treatment platforms sourced from global technology partners Spectra, Skinnovation and Photonence. These devices will support services across pigmentation, acne, anti‑ageing, hair concerns and skin resurfacing, reinforcing the clinic’s commitment to medically supervised, protocol‑driven skin care.
