Mish Designs Limited Reconstitutes Board Committees

Mish Designs Limited reconstituted its Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee effective March 16, 2026.
The reconstitution follows the resignation of Mr. Tapan Shah from both committees.
Ms. Kajal Chhatwal now chairs the Audit Committee, while Ms. Diksha Maheshwari chairs the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
