Jaishree Maheshwari resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Mishtann Foods, effective April 3, 2026, due to personal reasons.
The resignation was accepted by Managing Director Hiteshkumar Patel and will be placed before the board for approval.
The company will file necessary forms with the Registrar of Companies and stock exchanges to formalize the change.
