Specific Amendments to EGM Notice
Item No. 1 - Addition of Practicing Company Secretary's Certificate
The corrigendum adds Section 14 to the explanatory statement for Item No. 1:
- A certificate from Maharshi Ganatra and Associates, Practising Company Secretary (Mem No.: F11332; COP No.: 14520) will be placed before shareholders
- The certificate confirms that the preferential issue complies with Chapter V of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018
- The certificate is available for inspection by members at the Registered Office of the Company between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM on all working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of EGM Notice dispatch until September 9, 2026

Document Status
This corrigendum forms an integral part of the original EGM Notice and both documents must be read together. All other contents of the original EGM Notice remain unchanged except for the modifications specified in this corrigendum.
