MMTC Appoints Nigar Fatima Husain as Government Nominee Director

MMTC Limited appoints Ms. Nigar Fatima Husain as Government Nominee Director effective immediately, replacing Shri Asit Gopal.
The appointment was made by the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India via office order dated 28.04.2026.
Ms. Husain brings extensive government experience as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor and holds qualifications in law and sociology.
The director confirmed compliance with SEBI regulations and declared no disqualification from holding directorship under any authority order.
