Modern Dairies received BSE listing approval for 28 lakh equity shares issued from warrant conversion.
The shares were allotted to promoters and promoter groups on a preferential basis at ₹10 face value plus ₹40 premium.
This corporate action follows SEBI and Companies Act, 2013 compliance for the preferential issue.
The approval was granted on 10th April 2026 via BSE letter reference LOD/PREF/KS/FIP/49/2026-27.
