Modi Naturals Ltd. (MNL) has disclosed through its wholly owned subsidiary, Modi Biotech Private Limited (MBPL), the receipt of an additional allocation for ethanol supply under the Ethanol Blending Petrol Programme (EBPP).
The additional allocation comprises 1.98 crore litres of ethanol with an estimated order value of ₹140 crores for the Ethanol Supply Year (ESY) 2025-26. The supplies under this allocation are scheduled to be made until October 2026.
This new allocation is in addition to the company's existing order portfolio of approximately ₹400 crore for about 47.9 thousand kiloliters (kL) from various Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs).
The disclosure was made as a regulatory intimation to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
