Mohite Industries Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Saturday, 30th May 2026 at 11:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the company's Registered Office.
The primary agenda for the board meeting includes consideration and taking on record the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. Both Standalone and Consolidated financial results will be reviewed and approved by the board.
Additionally, the company has confirmed compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for dealing in the company's shares by designated persons has been closed since 1st April 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. This closure applies to Directors and all specified persons as defined in the company's code of conduct.
