The company proposes to regularize Sangramsinh Nimbalkar and reappoint Bhushan Deshpande and Nikhil Nawandhar as independent directors.
Remote e-voting will be available from June 5-7, 2026 through CDSL for shareholders of record June 1, 2026.
All three director appointments are for five-year terms and require special resolutions for approval.
