MOIL Director HR Usha Singh Superannuates, CMD Gets Additional Charge

MOIL Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, has submitted a regulatory disclosure to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited regarding changes in its directorship.

The company intimates that Smt. Usha Singh, Director (Human Resource), attained the age of superannuation on 30.06.2026. Consequently, she ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 01.07.2026.

Additionally, the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, through order no. S-14/1/2025-BLA dated 25.06.2026, has assigned the additional charge of the post of Director (Human Resource) to Shri Vishwanath Suresh, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of MOIL Limited. This additional charge is effective from 01.07.2026 for an initial period of three months until 30.09.2026, or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.

The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The communication is signed by Neeraj Dutt Pandey, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of MOIL Limited.
