Monarch Networth Capital Board Meeting August 10

The meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 10, 2026. The primary agenda items for consideration and approval include:

• The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27)
• The Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27)
• Any other matter with the permission of the Chair
