The CFR Hybrid Roof, also known as the CFRP Hybrid Roof, is a six‑layer carbon‑fibre reinforced polymer composite sheet. Its architecture comprises a ceramic nanoparticle coating, dual ASA polymer shields, dual synthetic polymer buffers, and a carbon‑fibre reinforced polymer structural core. The roof is heat‑proof, sound‑proof, rust‑free, corrosion‑resistant, fade‑resistant, lightweight, break‑free, and requires zero maintenance. It holds a Class B1 fire‑resistance certification under European EN 13501 standards and carries a 25‑year warranty—the longest warranty available for any roofing sheet in India.
Manufacturing Footprint
The Bharuch facility joins Monarch’s existing global manufacturing network, which includes plants in São José dos Campos (Brazil), Biñan (Philippines), Stuttgart (Germany) and Hanoi (Vietnam). The Gujarat location leverages the region’s established polymer and chemical industrial ecosystem, enabling the company to price the product against Indian production costs and supply it through domestic channels without import‑related margins.
Market Launch
From July 2026, the CFR Hybrid Roof will be launched simultaneously across four South Indian states: Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Telangana. Distribution will occur through certified installer networks and local wholesale and retail roofing supply stores in each state. The selection of South India reflects its extreme climatic conditions—high UV index, extensive coastal exposure, prolonged monsoon seasons, and fast‑growing commercial and institutional construction markets—providing a rigorous proving ground for the product.
