The Board meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider, approve, and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for both the quarter and the financial year ended on March 31, 2026.
The company also confirmed the closure of the Trading Window for dealing in the company's securities. The closure became effective from April 1, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's own Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading Window will remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
