[MoneyTruVa Launches India's Structured Financial Information Platform with AI and Free Subscriptions for 25,000 Founding Members]
MoneyTruVa announced the official unveiling of India’s first Structured Financial Information Platform on 26 October 2026 at an invite‑only launch event in Mumbai. The platform is designed to aggregate financial data from exchange filings, media coverage and social platforms into a single structured, contextualised experience, and will be accessible only to regulated entities, listed companies and featured voices, thereby reducing noise and fragmentation for investors.
A central feature of the launch is MoneyTruVa AI, branded as “Data Quality and Wisdom As A Service™ (WAAS)”, which aims to transform raw financial data into actionable insights. The AI service will provide summaries and key information from documents such as Draft Red Herring Prospectuses (DRHPs), annual reports and earnings calls, and will be offered in 22 scheduled Indian languages to enhance accessibility for a diverse investor base.
Pre‑registration for the platform opened ahead of the mobile application release, scheduled for download on 14 November 2026. As an incentive, the first 25,000 founding members will receive a free subscription that remains valid until December 2027. The initiative seeks to attract early participation as MoneyTruVa builds its information ecosystem for India’s expanding investor base, which now exceeds 13 crore individuals.
The platform’s proposition is encapsulated in the tagline “Everything Beyond Price That Matters.” Founder and CEO Jigish Sonagara stated that investors face an “enormous amount of financial information” scattered across multiple sources, and MoneyTruVa’s goal is to consolidate this information in a structured, contextualised and language‑friendly manner, allowing investors to spend less time navigating noise and more time understanding material developments.
Earlier in October, MoneyTruVa disclosed a seed funding round backed by Sunil Singhania, investing in his personal capacity, and Raj Shamani. The shareholder base also comprises entrepreneurs, business and finance educators, as well as media and thought leaders from across India’s financial ecosystem.
Jigish Sonagara, who previously led technology initiatives for market institutions such as MCX, IEX and MSE, brings experience in exchange systems, risk management, surveillance, market infrastructure and MSME finance. Board member Sameer Vasani, a TOGAF‑certified enterprise architect, contributes expertise in enterprise technology architecture, trading systems and large‑scale digital infrastructure.
MoneyTruVa emphasizes that the platform is intended to support better‑informed investment decisions and does not replace independent research or professional investment advice.
