MoneyTruVa Structured Financial Information Platform Launch

On 26 October 2026, MoneyTruVa announced the official unveiling of India’s first Structured Financial Information Platform at an invite‑only event in Mumbai. The platform is positioned to serve regulated entities, listed companies and individual investors by aggregating data from exchange filings, media and social platforms into a single, structured, contextualised experience.

The launch introduced MoneyTruVa AI, branded as “Data Quality and Wisdom As A Service™ (WAAS)”. MoneyTruVa AI is intended to enhance data quality and provide investors with clearer insights, delivering multilingual summaries and key information from documents such as Draft Red Herring Prospectuses (DRHPs), annual reports and earnings calls. The service will be offered in 22 scheduled Indian languages, enabling users to comprehend complex financial information in their preferred language.

Preregistration and Subscription Offer

MoneyTruVa opened preregistration ahead of the mobile application rollout, which will be downloadable from 14 November 2026. As part of the launch initiative, the first 25,000 founding members will receive a free subscription until December 2027, encouraging early participation as the ecosystem is built.

Market Context

The company highlighted that India’s investor base has expanded beyond 13 crore individuals, who currently navigate fragmented financial information across multiple platforms and formats. MoneyTruVa’s proposition—summarised as “Everything Beyond Price That Matters”—aims to reduce noise, improve discoverability and aid investors in making better‑informed decisions.

Leadership Comments

Founder and CEO Jigish Sonagara stated that investors face an “enormous amount of financial information” that is scattered, making it difficult to see the full picture. He emphasized the platform’s goal to consolidate information in a structured, contextualised and accessible manner, and to leverage MoneyTruVa AI for higher‑quality insights in native languages.

Funding and Shareholder Base

Earlier in October, MoneyTruVa secured a seed funding round backed by Sunil Singhania (investing in his personal capacity) and Raj Shamani. The shareholder base also comprises investors, entrepreneurs, business and finance educators, as well as media and thought leaders from across India’s financial ecosystem.

Management Team

The platform was founded by Jigish Sonagara, who previously led technology initiatives for market institutions including MCX, IEX and MSE, with experience spanning exchange systems, risk management, surveillance, market infrastructure and MSME finance. Sameer Vasani, a TOGAF‑certified enterprise architect with expertise in enterprise technology architecture, trading systems and large‑scale digital infrastructure, serves on the Board.

Platform Vision and Disclaimer

MoneyTruVa’s vision is to democratise access to financial information, making it more structured, accessible and useful for investors across India. The platform is intended to support better‑informed investment decisions and does not replace independent research or investment advice.
