Launch Overview
MoneyTruVa, described as India’s Structured Financial Information Platform for Smarter Investment Decisions, was officially unveiled on 26 October 2026 at an invite‑only event in Mumbai. The platform consolidates financial data from exchange filings, media and social platforms into a single, structured and contextualised experience, and restricts publishing rights to regulated entities, listed companies and featured voices.
MoneyTruVa AI and Multilingual Capability
A central feature announced at the launch is MoneyTruVa AI, marketed under the philosophy “Wisdom As A Service™ (WAAS)”. The AI engine focuses on data quality and delivers summaries and key information from documents such as Draft Red Herring Prospectuses (DRHPs), annual reports and earnings‑call transcripts. It supports 22 scheduled Indian languages, enabling investors to consume complex financial information in their preferred language.
Pre‑registration and Subscription Offer
Pre‑registration for the platform opened ahead of the mobile application release, which is scheduled for download from 14 November 2026. The launch initiative promises that the first 25,000 founding members will receive a free subscription valid until December 2027, encouraging early participation as the ecosystem is built.
Market Context
The press release notes that India’s investor base has grown beyond 13 crore individuals, creating a need for a consolidated information source to reduce noise and fragmentation across disparate formats.
Seed Funding and Shareholder Base
Earlier in the month, MoneyTruVa completed a seed‑funding round backed by Sunil Singhania (investing in his personal capacity) and Raj Shamani. The broader shareholder base includes investors, entrepreneurs, business and finance educators, as well as media and thought leaders from across India’s financial ecosystem.
Leadership and Governance
The company was founded by Jigish Sonagara, who serves as Founder and CEO. Sonagara’s background includes leading technology initiatives for market institutions such as MCX, IEX and MSE, covering exchange systems, risk management, surveillance, market infrastructure and MSME finance. Sameer Vasani, a TOGAF‑certified enterprise architect with expertise in large‑scale digital infrastructure and trading systems, serves on the Board of Directors.
Platform Positioning and Disclaimer
