Mr. Sandeep Singh resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective April 17, 2026.
The resignation was submitted due to personal reasons and intimated to BSE under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
The resignation letter will be placed before the Board of Directors for formal noting.
