Moongipa Capital Finance Limited has executed strategic agreements with two entities:
- Codemodulu Financial Investment Services Private Limited (MoneyAse)
- Quess Corp Limited/BCPL
The purpose is to strengthen the company's digital lending business.
Agreement Terms with MoneyAse
- MoneyAse will provide its digital platform for customer sourcing, digital onboarding, and loan servicing support
- All lending decisions, credit appraisal, sanction, pricing, disbursement, and regulatory compliance remain exclusively with Moongipa Capital Finance Limited
Agreement Terms with Quess Corp
- The collaboration will facilitate digital lending solutions to eligible employees of the Quess Group
- Services will be delivered through a technology-enabled platform
