Scrutinizer's Role and Findings
Mr. Praveen Dua, Proprietor of M/s. PD & Associates, Practising Company Secretary (Membership No. FCS 3573), was appointed as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the voting process in a fair and transparent manner. His responsibilities included overseeing the remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM. He submitted a Consolidated Scrutinizer's Report dated 26th September 2026 (Annexure-I), which confirmed the voting process was conducted properly and provided the detailed results. The relevant records were handed over to the Company Secretary for safekeeping.
