Morepen Laboratories Limited has intimated the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 4th August 2026. The meeting will be conducted pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
The Board will consider and approve the following agenda items:
- Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026
- Fixing the record date for determining members eligible to receive final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2026
The company also confirmed the continuation of the trading window closure, which was initially announced via letter dated 26th June 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, i.e., Thursday, 6th August 2026 (inclusive). This closure applies to all designated persons and their immediate relatives of the company, in accordance with the company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders'.
