Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors approved the reappointment at their meeting held on May 29, 2026. The reappointment is for a second term of five consecutive years, commencing from June 17, 2026, up to June 17, 2031 (both days inclusive).
