NCLT Hyderabad approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Softnautics Private Limited and Softnautics Inc with MosChip Technologies Limited on 25th March 2026.
Both Softnautics Private Limited and Softnautics Inc are wholly owned subsidiaries of MosChip Technologies Limited being merged into the parent.
The appointed date for the amalgamation scheme is 4th April 2025, with the NCLT order certified copy to be disclosed upon receipt.
