Samvardhana Motherson completed acquisition of 51% equity stake in Nissin Advanced Coating Indo Co. Private Limited from Nissin Electric Co. Ltd, Japan.
The transaction was completed on April 30, 2026 after fulfillment of conditions precedent mentioned in the April 27, 2026 disclosure.
Post-acquisition, Nissin India has become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited.
