Motherson Technology Services Limited (MTSL), a subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited, has completed the process for reduction of share capital pursuant to Section 66 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench-III had previously approved the reduction of share capital of MTSL.
The Registrar of Companies, Mumbai I issued the 'Certificate of Registration of Order confirming Reduction of Capital' on September 18, 2026 under Section 66 of the Companies Act, 2013.
The Effective Date for reduction of share capital is September 18, 2026.
Following this capital reduction, MTSL (along with its subsidiaries) have now become wholly owned subsidiary(ies) of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited.
