Samvardhana Motherson International Limited signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding Limited on March 25, 2026.
The JV company, to be incorporated in Dubai, will provide integrated 3PL and 4PL supply chain solutions to the global automotive industry (except Japan).
The partnership combines Motherson's automotive expertise with Hellmann's network of 12,000 employees across 61 countries and EUR 3.8 bn annual sales.
