Intimates the completion of the merger of indirect subsidiary Modulos Ribera Alta SL (MRA) into its holding company Celulosa Fabril SA (CEFA).
MRA, with FY25 turnover of €92.3M, ceased to exist effective April 14, 2026, with its assets transferred to CEFA (FY25 turnover: €81.6M).
The merger was rationalized to simplify the corporate structure and increase operating efficiency within the group.
