Motisons Jewellers entered an MoU with Moti Developers, a firm owned by its promoters, for construction and lease of a new showroom in Udaipur.
The MoU supports business expansion and is classified as an arm's length related party transaction in the ordinary course of business.
No shareholding, financial liability, or conflict of interest arises from this arrangement, with lease terms to be mutually agreed later.
