Motisons Jewellers announced the lapse of 82.7 lakh warrants due to non-conversion by warrant holders, resulting in forfeiture of the amount received.
The warrants, issued on a preferential basis, lapsed after 18 months as per SEBI ICDR regulations, with only 17.3 lakh warrants converted.
The company's capital structure remains unchanged for 82.7 lakh potential shares, and the forfeited amount will be accounted as per standards.
