Project Details
The structure measures 188 metres in length, 47 metres in width and 10 metres in height. The build was carried out using the company’s proprietary PEB system. Execution involved a core team of five young engineers supervised by five project and safety managers, supported by a 60‑person workforce. All phases—from foundation work through structural erection, panel fitting and final quality checks—were monitored in real time under strict safety protocols.
Record‑Setting Track Record
Mount previously achieved two world‑record feats: constructing 1.2 lakh square feet of PEB in 64 hours, and manufacturing and delivering 1.2 lakh square feet of sandwich PUF panels within 24 hours. The new 24‑hour factory erection reinforces these capabilities as repeatable operational standards.
Production Capacity and Expansion
The company operates two continuous panel‑manufacturing lines that together can produce 700,000 square metres of sandwich panels per month. As part of its growth plan, Mount is adding additional continuous production lines to further boost capacity and serve rising demand from infrastructure, cold‑storage, industrial and commercial projects across India.
