Board Meeting Information
The Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 13th August, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter and three months ended on 30th June, 2026. The board will also review the Limited Review Report corresponding to these financial statements.
Trading Window Closure
The trading window for trading in the company's securities remains closed until 15th August, 2026. This closure is in continuation of the company's previous communication dated 18th June, 2026 and is implemented pursuant to the Company's "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading."
