MPF Systems Appoints Independent Director and Auditor

MPF Systems appointed Ms. Nidhi Joshi as Non-Executive Independent Director for five years effective April 16, 2026.
The company appointed Kishan Patel & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 to comply with Companies Act.
Both appointments were approved during the Board meeting held on April 16, 2026, and require shareholder approval.
