Mphasis subsidiary acquired 100% of Theory and Practice Business Intelligence Inc. (TAP) for an upfront CAD 10M and up to CAD 20M in contingent payments.
The acquisition adds TAP's Continuum AI platform, enhancing Mphasis's Decision Intelligence and AI capabilities for retail and CPG sectors.
TAP founder Dr. Rogayeh Tabrizi will join Mphasis as EVP - CPG and Head of Decision AI, bringing her team of AI and behavioral economics experts.
