Mphasis ESOP Committee approved allotment of 700 equity shares against exercised Restricted Stock Units on 20 August 2026.
The allotment was made under the company's RSU Plan 2021 in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
The Mphasis Employees Benefit Trust will deduct shares to cover exercise price and applicable taxes upon vesting/exercise.
