Mphasis Limited has filed a regulatory disclosure pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, intimating about a press release regarding a strategic agreement with TechnoPro Holdings.
The company announced that it has signed a strategic agreement with TechnoPro Holdings, Japan's largest technology-focused engineering staffing and IT solutions provider, to bring Mphasis' AI-powered enterprise offerings to the Japanese market. The partnership will combine TechnoPro Holdings' extensive engineering ecosystem of approximately 30,000 engineers and researchers with Mphasis' expertise in AI, enterprise modernization and digital transformation.
As part of this collaboration, TechnoPro Holdings will introduce Mphasis Modernize and Mphasis Optimize product lines to clients across Japan. These offerings are built on Mphasis Tria (Mphasis' proprietary Enterprise Agency platform) and are designed to enable organizations to leverage artificial intelligence for legacy environment modernization, business operations optimization, and enterprise decision-making improvement.
The partnership will also bring Mphasis' cybersecurity, compliance, and security solutions to TechnoPro Holdings' clients. Both companies will pursue opportunities across strategic industry verticals, initially focusing on financial services and manufacturing sectors.
The collaboration will focus on three key areas:
- System Modernization using Mphasis Modernize for legacy system renewal and software development streamlining
- Advancement of Business Processes and Decision-Making using Mphasis Optimize for AI-based operational efficiency and decision support
- Engineering Advancement Using AI Agents leveraging Mphasis NeoIP and Mphasis Tria to build development environments where TechnoPro's engineers work alongside AI agents
TechnoPro Holdings will deploy Mphasis Tria - the company's Enterprise Agency Platform, creating AI-powered software development environments for its workforce. This will accelerate software development through autonomous code generation and testing while embedding AI into core business functions including talent allocation, recruitment, sales matching and corporate planning.
TechnoPro Holdings will use its own operations as a large-scale AI deployment environment, with proven workflows subsequently packaged into industry-specific AI solutions for customers across automotive and manufacturing sectors.
The partnership supports TechnoPro Holdings' mid-term management plan theme of evolving into "Japan's largest AI-implementation company".
