Mphasis appointed Ms. Rogayeh Tabrizi as Executive Vice President for CPG and Head of Decision AI effective April 21, 2026.
The appointment was disclosed pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations Regulation 30 with required annexures provided.
Ms. Tabrizi brings over 20 years of experience in data-driven insights and is founder of Theory and Practice Business Intelligence Inc.
Her background includes work at CERN, authorship of Behavioral AI, and recognition as AI Leader of the Year.
