Mphasis Grants 5,000 ESOPs at ₹2,140 Exercise Price

Mphasis Limited intimates BSE and NSE of a stock option grant under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
The ESOP Compensation Committee approved 5,000 options on 9 April 2026 with an exercise price of ₹2,140.
The options vest over 5 years from the 8 April 2026 grant date and have a 60-month exercise period.
Each option entitles the holder to apply for one equity share of ₹10 face value under the ESOP 2016 Plan.
