  • Maintaining access to citizen benefits for approximately 2 million citizens across Scotland
  • Ensuring stable, resilient, and high-quality service delivery
  • Supporting continuity across the platform for benefit applications, eligibility decisions, and payments

Social Security Scotland is one of the largest executive agencies of the Scottish Government, responsible for delivering core benefits to people across Scotland efficiently and securely. The SPM case management system administers a wide range of social security payments including disability and heating support.
