MPK Steels EGM: Registered Office Shift Assam to Rajasthan

MPK Steels (I) Limited has convened an EGM on April 28, 2026 to seek shareholder approval for shifting its registered office from Assam to Rajasthan.
The shift is proposed as the company's manufacturing facility and major operations are already located at Bagru, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The resolution requires a Special Resolution from members and subsequent approval of the Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
