MRF Limited has issued a regulatory disclosure regarding its upcoming Annual General Meeting and dividend record date.
The 65th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, 06th August, 2026 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, conducted in accordance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The date of payment for the final dividend, if declared, will be on or after 17th August, 2026.
