The Board will consider two main items of business:

• Consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026
• Consider declaration of Interim Dividend, if any

Dividend Information

If an interim dividend is declared, the Record Date for payment will be Tuesday, 17th November, 2026.

Trading Window Closure

In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window has been closed from 1st October, 2026 to 12th November, 2026 (both days inclusive).
