- Shri Vipin Malviya - Independent Director: Commerce and Law Graduate from Ravishankar Shukla University. Advocate and Tax Consultant. Proprietor of B. M. Malviya & Co.
Term of Appointment
All three directors appointed for a period of three years with effect from the date of communication (12/08/2026), or until further order, whichever is earlier.
Eligibility and Compliance
All appointed directors are not debarred from holding office by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority. They are not related to any Director of the Company and are eligible for appointment as Director in terms of provisions of Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013.
