Reason for Resignation
Mr. Sombir resigned to pursue better career opportunities outside the company. In his resignation letter, he explicitly confirmed that "there are no other material reasons for my resignation apart from those stated above."
Status Change
With this resignation, Mr. Sombir ceases to be a Key Managerial Personnel under Section 203 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
